Fund Raising

A Boys' Brigade company runs as a charity organisation and is required to raise the money to cover its own costs for use of facilities, resources and equipment, and most importantly the Annual Fees to the Boys' Brigade organisation which includes the Insurance cover without which we could not do what we do.

We are planning to hold a couple of Car Boot Sales before the end of 2009 at St. Andrews' Church before it closes. Further details to come.

Car Boot Sales

For well over a decade 3rd Basingstoke held monthly Jumble Sales in the church hall and our experience in running these very successful events has now been brought to making a very smooth running and popular Car Boot event held in the heart of South Ham.

Pound for Pound Scheme

Barclays have been a supporter of our company for many years offering Pound for Pound on our Fund Raising events, effectively doubling the amount we raise and this has made a huge difference to the service we can provide to our members.

Barclays also donated money to our company which enabled us to purchase new uniforms in 2000 and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Barclays for their kind and continued support of 3rd Basingstoke Boys' Brigade Company.
